By Using Our Service, You agree to the following:

1) Property Readiness: Home must be clean and photo-ready at arrival. If not, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

2) Furniture & Prep: Minor adjustments are included. Excessive furniture moving, decluttering, or staging will incur additional charges.

3) Access: Property must be accessible with utilities on. If we cannot access the home, a trip fee may apply.

4) Travel Fees: Travel outside our standard service area will incur a travel fee as outlined on our website.

5) Turnaround: Standard delivery is within 48 hours unless otherwise noted.

6) Weather: Exterior photos may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

7) Image Ownership & Usage: Listing Edge Media retains full ownership of all media. Clients are granted a limited license to use the media for marketing the specific property. Media may not be reused, sold, or transferred to other listings, parties, or agents without permission. Media may not be uploaded to any AI software for any other media creation, or used to create any other media items. An AI & Derivative Media Release add-on product is available if you would like to be able to use those platforms with our content.

8) Marketing Use: Listing Edge Media reserves the right to use all media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. If confidentiality is required, please notify us in advance.

9) Payment: Payment is due upon delivery.

10) Scheduling Changes: We understand things come up. Please give as much notice as possible for changes or reschedules.
